Our team offers virtual or in-person consultations. Our office locations are in Los Angeles, CA, Greenwich, CT, and Manhattan, NY, and we’re happy to meet with patients in-person for those who reside locally or are willing to travel for their first visit. Otherwise, we can coordinate a consultation virtually. Here’s what to expect during your consultation.

Concierge Health & Wellness
At ESSE Care, we offer concierge health and wellness packages designed to provide comprehensive, personalized support. Please note that we are out of network with all major insurance providers; however, depending on your deductible and out-of-network benefits, you may be eligible for reimbursement. Our team is happy to help review your coverage so you can better understand your options.
Fertility Consultation
$2,000 (one-time fee)
- Full review of fertility records, labs, and protocols
- 60-minute consultation + pelvic ultrasound
- Collaboration with your fertility doctor or referral to a fertility team experienced in endometriosis and complex gynecology
- Pre-pregnancy supplement planning and cycle optimization
- Coordination with reproductive acupuncture, pelvic floor therapy, and emotional support services
Hormone & Integrative Wellness
Starting at $12,000/year
- Initial 1-hour consultation with sonogram, Pap smear, and mammogram order
- 45-minute follow-up for hormone adjustment with PA team
- Quarterly lab testing with email review from PA team
- 90-day prescription refills (4 times annually)
- Personalized supplement/nutrition guidance

Teenage Gynecology
$3,000/year
- Annual gynecologic care tailored to teens with early symptoms or hormone changes
- Age-appropriate education and guidance for navigating puberty and cycle health
- Coordination with support services if needed
Longevity & Preventative Health
Starting at $12,000/year
- Comprehensive whole-body health optimization for perimenopause and menopause
- Hormone balancing, lab reviews, and personalized supplement/nutrition guidance
- Coordination with support services if needed

About Our Physician Assistant Team
Our physician assistants are essential members of your care team, working closely with our doctors to deliver the attentive, personalized care ESSE is known for. With specialized expertise in women’s health, our PAs may handle some aspects of your care journey—including follow-up visits, phone calls, medication management, lab reviews, and ongoing support—while your doctor oversees your overall treatment plan and complex diagnostic decisions.
