How We Bill
We are out of network with all major insurance providers. However, with certain plans we can work with your insurance for coverage of surgical fees and associated costs, depending on your policy. This page outlines how billing works, what to expect before and after your visit, and how we can help you verify insurance benefits and maximize coverage when possible.

*Note: If you would like to use an imaging facility closer to home, we can have one of our experts review your results once they are available. Additionally, our team ensures that your insurance is in-network with the imaging facility used to reduce out-of-pocket expenses. Learn about what to expect in your first office visit.

We are happy to call your insurance on your behalf and provide a complimentary update on your plan, what you have met for deductibles and out-of-pocket costs, and how that might affect your surgical coverage.

Consultation Billing
We do not bill insurance directly for consultations or concierge packages. However, we provide all documentation you need to seek reimbursement, including:
- Provider credentials
- Diagnosis codes (ICD-10)
- Procedure codes (CPT)
- Payment receipts

Our team can also assist in reviewing your insurance benefits in advance. We help clarify coverage details and potential reimbursement expectations, including:

Payment Methods Accepted
For surgical procedures, payment structure is discussed after evaluation. In certain cases, we are able to coordinate direct billing to insurance for the surgery itself, depending on plan and authorization approval. We accept the following forms of payment:
