Where We Operate

We Handle the Details

Accommodations
We provide curated hotel recommendations near each surgical facility, selected for comfort, proximity, and recovery-friendly amenities. Many offer shuttle services to our offices.
Transportation
Concierge driving service (available to book separately from surgery) takes you from the airport to your hotel, to pre-op appointments, and to surgery. No rideshare coordination, no stress.
Every surgical patient receives an ESSE recovery bag with post-operative medications, detailed instructions, and comfort items. We can also arrange appointments for integrative therapies as part of your recovery plan.

Pre-Operative Bloodwork
Standard labs ordered by your ESSE surgeon, completed at a local lab or your physician's office. We send the exact order so there is no guesswork.
EKG & Cardiac Clearance
A standard EKG is required for all surgical patients. If you have a cardiac history or significant medical conditions, additional clearance may be needed.
Medical Records & Imaging
Upload or send your relevant medical records, operative reports, and imaging (MRI, ultrasound) to our team ahead of your visit.
Insurance Verification
Our billing team verifies your insurance coverage and provides a cost estimate before you travel.
Travel Arrangements
Book your flights and confirm your accommodation. Our concierge team is available to help coordinate timing around your surgical schedule.
