Traveling for medical procedures or consultations at ESSE Care is streamlined through our comprehensive concierge services. We provide full support for both domestic and international patients, ensuring your journey is as comfortable and stress-free as possible.
East Coast (New York City Metro Area)
Surgical and Appointment Visits
Pre-operative Clearance: Before your surgery, complete your pre-operative clearance in your local city or state. This includes necessary bloodwork, an EKG, and possibly COVID-19 testing, depending on current health guidelines. For patients with a cardiac history or significant medical issues, additional medical clearance may be required.
Consultation with ESSE Care: Your pre-operative and post-operative appointments will be at our office in White Plains, NY. Our team will coordinate these appointments to fit your travel schedule seamlessly.
Concierge Services
Accommodations: We provide hotel recommendations close to our facilities. Options include Hyatt House among other reputable choices, ensuring comfort during your stay.
Transportation: Our concierge driving service is available to transport you from the airport to your hotel and to surgery. The Hyatt place offers a free shuttle to the office and to the grocery store or anywhere within a certain radius.
Additional Care: Receive an ESSE tote bag filled with pre and post-operative medications and instructions. We also offer acupuncture and broths at a cost as part of your recovery plan, which can be arranged before your arrival.

West Coast Services (Los Angeles Area)
Surgical and Appointment Visits
Pre-operative Clearance: Similar to the East Coast, ensure you complete all necessary pre-operative tests in your home city or state. We coordinate the logistics to make this process as efficient as possible.
Consultation with Dr. G: Pre-operative and post-operative consultations are held at the office in Marina del Rey, CA. These visits are scheduled to minimize your travel time and enhance your overall experience.
Concierge Services
Accommodations: Choose from a curated list of hotels such as Hotel MdR Marina del Rey – a DoubleTree by Hilton, Hilton Garden Inn Los Angeles Marina Del Rey, and Marina del Rey Marriott. These accommodations are chosen for their proximity to our facilities and quality of service.
Transportation: We can recommend comprehensive driver service that ensures that you are picked up from the airport and transported to all medical appointments and back to your hotel comfortably. Alternatively Uber is widely available and easy to use in LA.
Additional Care: ESSE Care post op bag with over the counter medications and instructions for pre and post op.
