The Hidden Link Between Endometriosis and the Brain

For many with endometriosis, the symptoms extend far beyond pelvic pain. Cyclical migraines, sensory overload, and deep fatigue are often dismissed or treated in isolation. But these are more than just hormonal side effects—they’re signals of how endometriosis impacts the nervous system.

In this Endo Exchange webinar, join Dr. Karli Goldstein, minimally invasive gynecologic surgeon and integrative specialist; Audrey Craven, international migraine advocate; and Dr. Olivia Begasse de Dhaem, board-certified neurologist and headache expert, to explore the under recognized connection between hormonal pain and brain health—and what patients can do to reclaim clarity and care.

This Webinar Is For You If:
  • You live with endometriosis, PMDD, or cyclical fatigue

  • You suffer from migraines or headaches tied to your cycle

  • You’ve heard “it’s just hormones” but know there’s more going on

  • You’re seeking real insight into how pain, hormones, and the brain interact

What You’ll Walk Away With

Brain–Hormone Connection 101

Understand how endometriosis influences neurotransmitters, inflammation, and the brain’s pain pathways.

Cycle-Linked Neurology Demystified

Learn why migraines, fatigue, and fog often flare at specific times in your hormonal cycle—and what that means for diagnosis and treatment.

Practical Questions to Ask

Gain insight into what tests, consults, or treatments might finally bring clarity if you’ve been dismissed or overlooked.

Research indicates that individuals with endometriosis are significantly more likely to experience migraines compared to those without the condition. Despite this, many do not receive coordinated care addressing both gynecological and neurological aspects of their health. This webinar aims to shed light on these often-overlooked connections and advocate for a more integrated approach to treatment.

Why This Conversation Matters

Pain is Often Minimized

Patients with endo and migraines are still told to “wait it out” or “try birth control,” without a deeper look into their symptoms.

Pain Has a Pattern

Understanding how hormones and the brain interact helps validate experiences and direct better treatment.

Care is Possible

This isn’t about managing isolated symptoms—it’s about empowering people with real insight and collaborative solutions.
