On September 7th, 2024, ESSE Care & Wellness proudly participated in Connecticut’s biggest and most vibrant health event—the 13th Annual Health, Wellness & Lifestyle Expo! Held at the scenic Harbor Point Boardwalk in Stamford, this incredible one-day event was all about promoting health, wellness, fitness, and positive lifestyles. With over 120 exhibitors and 10 wellness zones, the Expo offered a wealth of knowledge and inspiration for attendees seeking to improve their well-being.
At the ESSE Care booth, we were thrilled to showcase our multidisciplinary team and integrative approach to women’s health. Our board-certified surgeon, nutritionist, hypnotherapist, life coach, hormone specialist, and endometriosis educator were all present to provide expert guidance and answer questions on a variety of topics related to wellness and gynecologic health.
Our focus was on educating attendees about Endometriosis and Painful Period Management, two areas that impact many women’s lives. Our specialists shared valuable information on treatment options, lifestyle modifications, and personalized care approaches. Visitors had the opportunity to speak directly with our team, gaining insight into how holistic and advanced medical practices can work together to optimize their health.
In addition to one-on-one discussions, we also provided essential tools for self-care. Attendees loved the free samples of calming essential oils and skin brushes designed to promote lymphatic health. These giveaways helped reinforce the importance of small daily wellness habits that can make a big difference in overall well-being.
The Expo was full of exciting activities, including free group fitness classes, health screenings, flu shots, and great giveaways. With free admission and parking, the event drew families, fitness enthusiasts, and health-conscious individuals looking to explore ways to live healthier, happier lives.
